What we store and why

• Your email, to sign you in and to notify you about your ads. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your ads: text, photos, location, and the WhatsApp number or email you choose to show. They are public for as long as the ad is live. Your contact email is never displayed; people reach you through a form.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
• Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to the advertiser and not kept by us.
• Visit statistics: a random identifier in a first-party cookie, with no personal data, to count visitors, people online and how many times each ad was seen. There are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies: the sign-in session and the anonymous visitor identifier. Both are essential to the service and contain no personal data.

Where the data lives

On Cloudflare's infrastructure in the European Union (Western Europe region). Emails are sent through Cloudflare. Payments through Stripe.

How long

Ads: until you delete them or 12 months after their subscription ends. Accounts: until you ask us to delete them. Visit statistics: 24 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time: delete your ads from My ads, or write to hello@luxloop.eu to delete your account. You can also complain to the CNPD, the Luxembourg data protection authority.
