What LuxLoop is

LuxLoop is a noticeboard for people living in Luxembourg. Advertisers publish services, events, housing, restaurants and second-hand items. LuxLoop is not a party to any deal, booking, rental or sale made between users: we do not handle payments between users, deliveries, or disputes.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address. Keep your email secure: anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or older to publish an ad.

Publishing an ad

• Services, events, housing and restaurant listings cost €5 per month, per listing, billed as a subscription. Marketplace items are free.
• Every ad is reviewed before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. We may refuse or remove any ad that is misleading, illegal, discriminatory, duplicated, or unrelated to Luxembourg.
• You must own the rights to the photos and text you publish.
• Events disappear from the listings after their date. Subscriptions keep running until you cancel them from My ads.

Payments and refunds

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew monthly. You can cancel at any time; the ad stays live until the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If we remove an ad for breaking these terms, no refund is due.

Communities

The WhatsApp and Facebook groups listed on LuxLoop are run by their own administrators. Groups named after a company are independent communities, not official channels of that company. LuxLoop only lists the links.

Liability

We provide LuxLoop as is. We are not responsible for the accuracy of ads, the conduct of users, or anything that happens outside the site. Check who you are dealing with, never pay deposits for a room you have not seen, and report suspicious ads with the “Report” link.
